This agreement is between you and GetVirtualSMS. It covers the GetVirtualSMS mobile application. By installing or using the app you accept these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, solely to access your GetVirtualSMS account.
The app lets you request a one-time virtual number for an SMS code, or rent a monthly line, and read incoming messages inside your account. Numbers are provided for receiving messages. They are not a replacement for your personal SIM.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Profile photos shown in the app are loaded from Gravatar using your email address. We do not ask you to upload a picture.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use virtual numbers for fraud, harassment, or to break another service’s rules. We may suspend access when an account is abused.
Wallet credit is shown in coins. The price of a number is displayed before you confirm. Purchases, refunds, and acceptable use are also described in the Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
The app is provided as available. Delivery of an SMS depends on the destination service and on number stock, which changes through the day. We do not guarantee that every third-party app will accept a virtual number.
