Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

GetVirtualSMS charges coins when you confirm a number. This page explains when those coins go back to your balance.

One-time SMS codes

If a one-time request never receives an SMS, the coins for that request are returned to your balance. That includes a request you cancel while it is still waiting, and a request that expires before a message arrives.

Once an SMS is delivered for that request, the charge stands. A code you chose not to use, or a third-party app that rejects the number after the message arrived, is not refunded.

Monthly lines

If a monthly line cannot be activated, the coins charged for that attempt are returned. Cancelling an active rental from your account returns the coins charged for that order and releases the number.

Renewals follow the same rule: a renewal that does not complete is returned; a completed renewal keeps the line for the period you bought.

Wallet top-ups

Coins already spent on a delivered message or an active line are not converted back to the original payment method. Unused wallet balance questions can be sent to [email protected] and we will review the ledger for that account.

How a refund appears

Returned coins show in your wallet as a refund entry. You do not need to open a ticket for an automatic OTP timeout or cancel. If a balance looks wrong, contact support with the request time and the number shown in the app.
